Oh the madness! Kids everywhere and super annoyed parents. But in all honesty… It’s improved since the last time I was here a couple years ago.
There are several new games, new carpets and they moved the stage so it feels more open. I thought it seemed cleaner than in the past and only one of the games we came across was out of order.
We came for a birthday party. We’re seated at long tables with benches instead of chairs vehicle is not easy for my 80 some year old grandpa to get in and out of.
When it comes to the main event where chucky come out to sing happy birthday with the birthday kid all the kids share the spotlight together. So if there are four different parties… Everyone celebrates together.
The food is edible but nothing great. I’ve had better frozen pizza. We didn’t have the salad bar… That’s extra. The person having the party would have had to purchase a bigger package.
I cant speak much on the staff because I didn’t have to deal with any since we didn’t pay.
It can be a good couple of hours for young kids. If it’s not too crowded. But u would advise eating elsewhere and just come here for the entertainment and games.

This place keeps getting worse and worse. The food is awful, it’s dirty, harder then heck to actually get tickets from the games. Whatever happend to the old school games you get tickets at, ball pit, and good shows. Why did they have to change so much.
