Poor service. I called to have some running boards ship to me that I found on an online parts search. After I called they said they would call back to tell me the condition. They never did. I called 2 more times and I was finally told they were in good condition so I placed the order and had them shipped. I was told they would call me once they shipped them. Of course they did not. The parts arrived poorly packed and in bad shape. Not damaged by ups just in bad shape. Missing mounting hardware, missing lots of paint, dents, and cracks. I called again and mentioned they told me they were in good condition. Then the person said «honestly I never even looked at them» I told them I can’t use these without the missing hardware, they said again they would check the car they came off of and call me back. Of course they did not. I’m contesting the charge with my credit card company since they won’t call me back to correct this.
