I recently relocated from CA to Cedar Crest. I called many real estate management companies looking for the right home. I am in Property Management myself, however, new the this area and market and needed all the help I could get. I called several management companies and all had no sence of urgency, tried to push me into homes that did not fit my needs and others simply were not interested in helping me find a home, telling me to look at the website and if I found something let them know. I was becoming very discouraged and stressed out to say the least.
I was referred to Liz and Lee by a realtor I had met a year ago. When I called their ofice I was transferred to Lee. She immediately asked me about my needs and preferences. She said she would look to see what she could find and call me back. I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect her to get back to me based on the experiences I had the last several days with other realtors and managment companies. Lee called me later that afternoon and had done the research on my behalf based on my needs. She set up appointments for the next day and personally toured each home with me and answered all my questions. She was absolutely amazing, she really listened to my needs and delivered extraordinary customer service. I know I will be very happy leasing a home from her until I’m ready to buy. Thank you Lee!!!
