PPS is licensed in the State of Texas to provide Real Estate inspections and Septic System installations. The owner, Rob Gonzalez, is a native Austinite with 20 years of construction experience right here in the Austin area. As Professional Inspector TREC#8115 he has inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties in the Austin area over the last 11 years. As OSSF Installer II TCEQ#OS0031135 he has personally installed both aerobic and conventional septic systems, and has performed hundreds of septic system inspections for resale transactions.

Rob Gonzalez has 11 years experience as a licensed TREC inspector and 20 years experience in the construction industry right here in the Austin area. He has personally inspected everything from starter homes to 17,000 sq ft mansions to commercial properties, and looks forward to working for you.
