First and foremost, I hate car trouble! I can’t stand the thought of getting work done on my car. It always seems like such a hassle and someone is trying to take advantage of your ignorance and screw you over. This was NOT one of those experiences.
I recently moved to Cedar City and was in need of a new auto mechanic. My 2006 Subaru Legacy needed a new front wheel bearing replaced but I had no idea where to take it or who to trust. Top Gun Automotive was one of six quotes I got to fix my vehicle. Top Gun was not only the most affordable, but Bob was by far the most personable mechanic I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. The cost of the repair was as quoted and the time it took him to do the repair was even shorter than estimated. I scheduled the appointment on a Thursday afternoon and it was finished by noon the next day.
I would highly recommend Top Gun Automotive for almost any vehicle repair or maintenance needs. I believe the only thing he doesn’t do is tire repair or alignments. Give him a call or just stop by with your questions. You will be greeted by his super friendly dog Sam and Bob is more than willing to take the time and talk with you.

Didn’t have any work done. But Bob spent half an hour at least talking to my husband about some engine issues we were having-​no charge. We were passing thru town and he didn’t have time to do the work but recommended another place in town. I found his willingness to just talk to my husband a refreshing change. Most places don’t even have time to talk to you when they are being paid to work on your vehicle.
