I have never been more frustrated. This company came out to fix our oven and charged us for the entire repair upfront and then made an appointment for 4 weeks later. That wasn’t bad enough, they then did not show for the appointment and called to reschedule for another 4 weeks. That is 8 weeks without an oven and they had our money. Their excuse was that that was the first available appointment. I want to know how I go to the end of the line when I was not the one at fault! I will never go through this repair company again!!!
