Polaris All Seasons Sports

I went into this dealership today as we are seriously considering buying a new Polaris side-​by-​side four seater. It took about 10 min for anyone to ask if we needed any help; then we were told that the sales guy was out to lunch, but that he’d be back soon. Apparently nobody else there could answer basic questions about their products. We said we’d come back. About 30 min later we showed up again, but this time we were told that the sales guy was out delivering a new unit and wouldn’t be back for a while. The parts sales guys we talked to just went back to their business and didn’t seem at all interested in talking to us. I walked out shaking my head. A very interested customer comes to a store two different times and walks out with nothing. Whoever owns this dealership should cross-​train their employees so they don’t lose sales opportunities.
