There are three tattoo shops in Cedar and Permanent Expressions is by far the best one in town. I’ve gotten work done at all three and Permanent Expressions definitely has the most skilled artists. They don’t take credit for tats that others have done and Annie and Paul are the best artists in town. No matter what you want, this is the place to get it done. They are professional and patient and they don’t have 900 people hanging around staring at you. Additionally, if you’re a woman, then you’ll never be made to feel uncomfortable by the stares and whispers that I witnessed at Mack’s when one girl was getting her ink done. Check them all out. Make your own decision, of course, but ask around and hang out in the shop for a few minutes so you can see what it’s really like there.
