History
Established in 2011.
After completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, a clinical internship in Mexico City and a year in Emmett, Idaho, training under another licensed DC, Dr. Tyler Petersen decided it was time to bring his family home to Southern Utah. His dream of having a family clinic was realized in 2011 when the doors of Bristlecone Chiropractic opened. The business has evolved over time to offer the best Chiropractic care in Southern Utah to our diverse patients. We are constantly updating our office with continued education and training in both patient treatment and office best practices. In 2013 our office converted to a new state-of-the-art Electronic Health Records system for greater convenience for our patients and staff and better documentation of our care.
