History
Established in 1946.
Adam «Scotty» Brown came to this country from Scotland. He and his twa boys, Pete Brown & Grey Barr started The Brae Loch View (Hill Lake View) in a farmhouse in Borodino, NY, overlooking Skaneatles Lake. In 1950, The Brae Loch moved to its current location; in a historical house built in 1805, in the village of Cazenovia, NY. Today, Grey’s son, Jimmy and his wife Val carry on the tradition. Waitstaff wear their kilts and the building is full of Scottish memorabilia and warm antiques from the mother land.
