For over a decade, we have provided amazing computer support to businesses and personal computer users in the Valley. Our new location in Cave Creek allows us to assist the people who live and work near where we live too. After helping over 1,400 people from word of mouth advertising alone, we’re expanding out through Yelp to find more people in need of Quality IT support. There is no system we cannot fix, no matter the make or brand. Workstations, Servers, Point of Sale, laptops, tablets, we can fix them all or provide quality replacements made by local vendors and supporting Local First. History
Established in 1997.
After moving to the Valley, our owner, Kenneth von Hopf, worked as a cop and security director. After teaching computers with a local trade school, people began to ask him to service their computers and networks on a part time basis. Shortly after 9⁄11 the decision was made to create Tech Paramedics, LLC from his Law Enforcement background who would you call in a computer emergency? A «Tech» paramedic. Many become friends and IT support is provided during waking hours 7 days a week. He is proud to call Barry Goldwater, Jr his mentor and the reason why Tech Paramedics has achieved success. One of Kenneth’s first clients, Barry asked, «So what do you do?» «I guess this now, I was laid off from teaching this morning.» «Well, you’re good at it, you should do this full time.» «I kinda like that cheese at the end of the maze twice a month» «God gave seed to the birds but he didn’t put it in their nests» That was the motivation from Barry to create Tech Paramedics, LLC.

After spending 18 years in Florida Law Enforcement, Kenneth wondered into Arizona and setup shop. With a love of people and unique conversation, he found his niche meeting new and exciting people and helping them with their IT needs.
