MTM Ranch has been offering horseback rides just a few minutes north of Scottsdale (in the Carefree /​Cave Creek) since 1987. As one of the oldest stables in Cave Creek, you can feel confident that your horseback riding experience will be memorable. Our current Fall hours in Cave Creek are from 8:00 am. until 5:30 pm.

MTM Ranch summer location is now closed until May 1, 2016. Next summer take advantage of the cool weather in Christopher Creek. Ride the Mogollon Rim Highline Trail and enjoy the Majestic View from 6000 foot elevation. Many Cabins, Campgrounds and RV Parks available in the area. Get out of the Heat! We are a scenic 80 minute drive away. A breathtaking drive!

At MTM Ranch both first time amateur and long time horse enthusiasts will be thrilled with their specially chosen trail ride mount. The age and fitness of our horses allows them go where many can’t. Most of these horses were trained right here on the ranch and it has made them especially fit athletes for the job…

History

Established in 1989.

MTM Ranch started out just doing private executive rides for Scottsdales Major resorts. The popularity was amazing and we expanded the herd. We now have 25 horses that are the very best that were cultivated, trained and fitted up to be ridden by our discerning guests. Most of these horses are competative show horses in one event or another. You won’t be disappointed.

«Cow Patty» is a longtime horse trainer and competitor. For over 25 years she has been giving horse back tours and is one of the most experienced in the business.
