No two people do your nails the same. I always have to wait 20 minutes to 30 minutes to get my nails or pedicure done. I always make an appointment in advance but walk ins are taken faster. I use to like this salon but the staff just keeps changing and the new staff does not have the experience of the older staff.

We love this nail spa and have been there many times. Sadly, we almost didn’t go because of the two recent negative reviews with notes about different management. Well, everyone in there is the same as before and between my husband and me we’ve been to 6 people and they’ve all been great. They do not leave the massage time to chance or the convenience of the technician (they use a timer) and their product is top shelf. Susan, Tony, Van and Anne are our favorites.

I’ve tried this place twice and both times (with different technicians), I have been cut during the cuticle trimming. The work is extremely careless and done too quickly. I’m questioning how so many people gave this place such great reviews. I have since found another nail salon that doesn’t inflict pain and bleeding (as well as the potential of infection).

I once loved this nail salon… that was before the current management. There is the usual wait and then once you finally get started, sometimes one staff will work on multiple people at a time. It once took me over two hours to get a gel manicure, that is unacceptable. And when that doesn’t happen, the staff rushes through each person like an assembly line. I honestly think the management enforces that. It’s a very impersonal experience that I don’t appreciate. This is an expensive salon and if I’m going to pay that amount of money, I expect to have a good amount of time spent on me and a great manicure.
If you do choose to go here, try to get Susan. She was there before the management changed and she’s very nice. She tries not to rush.

Tony does a great pedicure! First place in a long time I have been to where the staff takes their time no matter how busy they are. They care about their customers and that’s what keeps me coming back! I recommend Tony for pedicures and Tj for nails!

Great place overall. Gel manicures are great and last at least 2 weeks. Don’t always get taken even with an appt. but getting used to it.

BEST SALON IN THE CREEK! The staff is extremely nice. Everything tool they use is clean. If you want any design just show them a picture and they will do a great job. The prices are extremely fair. I would highly recommend this salon.

I really like this nail salon! I would highly recommend it if you are in the cave creek area! It’s clean and they know what they are doing. There is no question if they are licensed because they definitely are. Everyone there has a license and their supplies are all clean. No question about that. At first I was nervous to get my eyebrows done because I am picky but I will be coming back! I got the hydration pedicure and I am in heaven. My feet are noticeably smoother.
