Custom Accounting and Tax

I needed an accountant and bookkeeper and wanted to spend our money in the community. Came across Custom Accounting and Tax. They had a nice website and seemed to offer the services that would benefit me. I called and got a receptionist named Lisa. She was very nice and polite. She said the owner, also named Lisa, would get back to me, joking that the company had Lisa2(squared). No call. I called again — Lisa explained the other Lisa was very busy, but would get back to me. No call. I called the third time and received the same story. When no call came again, I decided I wasn’t about to beg someone to give my business to. Obviously, they must be extremely successful if they can’t take ‘new business’ phone calls? Would love to tell you how they actually perform, but other than answer the phone, there’s nothing to compare.
