The family law practice includes representation in divorce, custody, support, and restraining order matters.

History

Established in 2003.

Mr. DeFrank worked for the public defender’s office in San Diego and the prosecutor’s office in Los Angeles before working in the state’s largest private criminal defense firm. In 2003, Mr. DeFrank left the busy San Diego area and started his private practice in Cathedral City.

Mr. DeFrank gradulated the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 1996 and became an attorney in 1997. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal Southern and Central District Courts. Mr. DeFrank is also admitted to the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1997, Mr. DeFrank has been representing clients in all aspects of criminal defense and family law litigation. He has been or is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Diego Bar Association, Desert Bar Association, American Civil Liberties Union, the National Criminal Justice Association, Rotary Club, Cathedral City and Palm Desert Chambers of Commernce.
