Alright look, nobody expects gourmet dining from a drive thru, but if I live 5 minutes away then I think my food should come out of the bag warm right? That was a first for me… But in addition, they forgot to put my fries in the bag and my coke was watered down. Surprise surprise…

Burgers were great. But forgot my onion rings, ketchup, sauce for chicken strips & receipt!

Burger was poorly put together. Being that the place was pretty empty, one would think that they could at least take the time and assemble the burger properly. Instead, the workers were cracking jokes and laughing with one another. Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra 2 or 3 miles to go to the one near Ramon Road.

I had to walk out after waiting 5 minutes with only 2 people in front of me one at the cash register. One cashier and luckily there were not a lot of people since there would not be anyplace to stand. They finally opened up another register so the other one in front of me was now ordering. Neither of the cashiers plus the manager could handle this rush, two at one time. I kept looking behind me and the line was now 8 people deep. I had no choice but to walk out. I think the new Taco Bell would have been opened down the street before I would have been served.

The food was satisfying and as expected — prepared to order so nice and hot. The staff was friendly and attentive which was a little unexpected. This manager seems to be doing it right.

Visiting the Cathedral City area, I was starting to get hungry around 5 p.m. as I hadn’t eaten anything since early morning. Because I only had a short window of time, I just wanted something fast. Jack in the Box sounded really good, so I got onto Unilocal!to help me find one that is around. I headed in the direction that Unilocal!had mentioned where one was located. But somehow I must have missed it cause I didn’t see it. So I just kept driving forward and eventually I saw a Carl’s Jr on the left side of the street and decided that I will settle for Carl’s Jr. Waiting at the signal, I was debating if I should just go in or go through the drive-thru. As I pulled into the drive way, I could see just a few people inside, so that made up my mind on what to do. I parked on the right side of the building and it was’t until I was leaving did I notice that spot I parked in is right near the drive-thru lane. Good thing there wasn’t a demand, otherwise it looks like it would have been a challenge to get out. I walk inside and someone was already ready to help me. I placed my order, got my drink, and sat down. About 5 minutes later, my Famous Star combo(#1 combo) was brought to my table, and it tasted really good. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. If anything, one thing that I noticed was the restrooms. Now I could be wrong due to where I was sitting, but there seems to one room for men and one room for women. Which means only one person can occupy it at one time. So if it is used, you’ll have to wait your turn. But other than that, it is like any other typical Carl’s Jr restaurant that I have visited.

This is my second time being startled by a Carl’s Jr. I’m just not a huge Carls Jr fan, but when dragged there, the food was okay, it was clean, the iced tea was yummy and the service was awesome. «What?», you ask. I know, shocking. But, the guy who served us was very friendly, brought out food, brought us condiments and was just generally nice overall. I felt like I should leave a tip! So, I have to say once again… Carls Jr Manager, you’re doing something right.

Quite simply — Overcooked«Sweet Potato» fries, and soggy Bourbon Burger. Skip this franchise location, others may be better.

They shortchange you on the meat in breakfast burritos — there’s hardly any in there, and much less than other Carl’s Jr. restaurants in the area. I’ve been 4 times(it’s on my commute to work) for breakfast, and got the wrong order given to me twice.

Not too bad, as greasy globs of fat(aka fast food) goes, but I prefer the spicy chicken sandwich, which is hard to beat for a buck and change.

Simply put, if you want fast food dont come here. I have been here a handful of times, thinking that something might change, and everytime its the same. I order, and at least 10 minutes go by before i see any food. I have waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes before, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. The staff seems to be lazy or tired every time i have been there. Ii will not be going back any more. I am tired of spending my 30 minutes lunch just waiting to get some food.
