Working in the hospitality business for over 10 years brings me to gain a lot of experience with guest services etc. Now I’ve grown within a large hotel chain at a very busy hotel placing tons of orders and handling the financing of a department, I find it very unprofessional how these people answer their phone by just saying «hello» not even a name or what company. I even go to the point to not know if I’m calling the correct place. The lady is rude, and I constantly have to ask for copies of invoices they say they are going to fax over but never do. Sorry but details are everything and mean a lot. I’m already dealing with enough stress but to be doing business with them is horrible– going elsewhere.

Thanks to C&M we have always been able to get the material we need, the advice when that was needed but most of all we always felt like we were getting a fair deal. I have worked in the Coachella Valley for 40 some years and after that long you get to know the locals, C&M is a family owned and operated business and i guess because of that they treat everybody like family and I for one prefer that kind of place to do business with.
