Lehigh Valley Computers

Well i could not wait to leave old place and start new. Randy the owner has the gift of gag or gab and thought well maybe he would at least answer some simple questions. He put a new antivirus software on my systems and it has been a constant hassle. When i called with a tude his wife who also has the gift of gab was not helpful at all and wished me good luck. the last and final straw was that this butt head told me to turn my virus software off to test something and my whole system was attacked. a new sony with all the bells and whistles. I felt he should have eaten the bill and stated that. Also stated that he talks so much in circles around the subject. like hey you messed up my whole computer. He never spoke to me again. Real professional. A real jerk. Both of them. Do not even call this place. He would get an award of salesman of the year and cannot deliver any customer service at all. He promised all this crap and it never happened. Now I have my system back and have to figure out everything on my own and reinstall everything on my own. Nice place, eh. Now my system says i only have 17 days of protection worth. This was a nightmare from the get go and I never saw much business. So off to the next place. Anyone have a really great place. What does Randy do when a man gets mad at him? Hide and quiver. Yuck.
