I don’t usually review Dr’s on Unilocal, because, well none of us like to share with the world what our issues are and who we are seeing to help address them :) But I did notice that two reviews had been posted about Dr. Xu that I did not agree with. First, both reviewers who gave one star have no identity, no picture, no other reviews, and no friends. It seems a little suspect… So I would definitely consider that in your decision to use Dr. Xu. I have seen Dr. Xu for several years and for a variety of reasons(she is my primary, after all). She has always been thorough with me and very detailed in addressing my concerns and questions. There have been times when I have called and spoken with her on the phone during business hours, times that I called and left messages for which she has returned my calls by the end of the day, times that i was able to get an emergency appointment squeezed in same day, and times when they have called me back when a cancellation occurred. Point is, the office has been flexible in accommodating me and responsive in communicating with me. Yes, Dr. Xu asks for testing to be done. I am confused as to why the other reviewers seemed to pinpoint that as an issue… I would be concerned if a primary Dr wasn’t asking for blood work to include in their assessment or have on file. That is all… :)

Unfortunately. previous reviewer is correct. Requests a lot of lab work instead of hands on diagnosis. In addition, limited office hours. poor feedback, and charges $ 10 to fill out an ordinary form. Yes, patients beware. This doctor needs to rethink why she is a doctor.
