Dave was extremely helpful in assisting us with our Hoop Fever basketball machine. We operate an indoor gaming facility at CSUEB called «Game Zone». Our machine had been faulty since June 2013 and we have had multiple repair services since then but nobody could fix it. Dave arrives promptly on time and takes great pride in his work. He quickly assessed the issue with our machine and even followed up with the manufacturer. Dave kept constant communication with our department and we were able to get our machine finally up and running. He maintains an upbeat and friendly vibe with every encounter. We will continue to reference Dave for any gaming repair needs, and would highly recommend him to tackle any seemingly impossible situation.
