I used Patrick for an issue I had with an ex landlord. Patrick is professional he knew exactly what to do and handled the situation from start to finish. He answered any questions I had and is very knowledgeable of the laws and rights of tenant/​landlord. He gave me great guidance through this very uncomfortable process. He got me exactly what I was asking for! Which I’m almost sure I would not have received if not for his insight. I highly recommend Patrick and will most definitely use him again when needed!

I just got off the phone with Patrick a few minutes ago. I had a couple of questions regarding a short sale of a property we own. I wasn’t sure if I needed to talk to a tax attorney or real estate attorney. He was awesome! He took 15 minutes of his time (at no charge) to answer my questions. And was very nice on top of it. If I ever have a need for a real estate attorney, I would definitely contact him again.

I enlisted Mr Currin as my attorney and guide through the personal bankruptcy process at the beginning of this year. For a very reasonable and flat fee he handed my case, and made it as pain-​free a process as I imagine could be possible. He was always promptly available to me by phone or email, with gentle encouragement and reminders on deadlines when needed (and I needed a few of those in gathering and submitting my paperwork!). Filing the application was seamless, there were no errors, and throughout the whole experience in addition to having access to great legal representation, I was treated with respect, patience and warm concern. A great guy and a great lawyer, highly recommended!
