I’ve worked with many escrow officers over the last 12 years and Kim Perry has always impressed me with her knowledge and experience. I can count on her to get things done and I trust her completely. She is very busy because she has a lot of loyal clients that will only work with her exclusively. She is a 10 compared to the other title companies out there. If I was given the choice to use Kim, I would absolutely without a doubt pick Kim Perry and her team.

Worse customer service ever. We were forced to use them and will never again think about using or referring them to anyone. Never was anything sent over was complete, always something is missing. Never reply back to your emails or slow in getting back to you even though there is a deadline. go somewhere else…
