I called all over Castro Valley and this was one of the few places that had an actual person answering the phone at ten in the morning. After asking a few questions, they were willing to give an estimate over the phone for a price on tax prep for my small household. I will update later concerning my experience with them.

I didn’t have any problems. Good people.

He’s a nice guy and gets our taxes done, but if it’s not March/​April and you need to talk to him, good luck. Several unanswered emails later, I had to make some relatively uninformed tax decisions that I hope don’t bite me in the ass.
