I had an appointment set for yesterday at 1pm.
They never showed up and never called me.
even the next day I still left many messages and no response.
The first day they had disconnected their cell phone.
This is very unprofessional and terrible. Thank God I didn’t pay them first.

We were moving out of a house that we have been living in for 5 years. I searched and found this company on Unilocal.At the time there were only a 4 star and a 1 star review. The 1 star review was very similar to the review I am about to give myself. So I took my chances.
Result: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The response I received after contacting them was immediate and professional. They recommended their «Deep Cleaning» service for our Move Out clean. This all done over email. So within 24 hours of contacting them I was on their schedule and everything was agree upon and ready to go. Awesome.
Day of the clean:
The company promised they would arrive between 9am and 10am. It was 9:50 am and they still had not showed up. So I called the office, they assured me they would be there any minute. 10am on the dot they arrived. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathrooms, with 1 tub and a shower stall. They stayed until 3pm ish. We were never consulted after the original agreed 4 hours, which we paid for up front. My boyfriend was on site on and off all day. At 3 he told one of the cleaners he would be back shortly and returned in a half an hour they were gone. As he walked the house to inspect what they did, he was extremely disappointed.
This was to be a move out clean, which I explained to the company and the cleaners when they arrived. In a move out clean I expect window seals, windows, baseboards, outlets, closet tracks, light switches, counter tops, cabinets, back splash, and stove hood wiped down and removed of visible spots or dirt. There was still dust on all the base boards, light switches, window seals. closet tracks and outlet plates. Unacceptable. There was nothing in the house except a piano, which we told the cleaners to clean around it. The hardwoods were not removed of dust where a desk was, I vacuumed up the loose dust before hand, I had expected them to mop the entire floor so there would be no dust layer. The one bathroom that needed a cleaning was a small single sink with a shower stall (my expectation was something better than I can do myself, ie hard water stains etc.), they did exactly what you would do for a normal every day cleaning.
They were there for 6 hours and I’m not sure what they did for 6 hours. The icing on the cake is my boyfriend called the company after he walked through the house and they offered a free cleaning at our new home. I would not let them come into my new home after this experience. Please be weary of this company. I hope that my e-​mail to the company will help them adjust these issues within in the company and improve their customer service.

I found them on craigslist and only went with them for their price but they did a pretty great job. They came for move out cleaning on my old apartment, but now they come 2 times a month. I’d say I’m very pleased with the service.
