First off, thank you to all of our reviewers from our old address for all the kind reviews! We are the only 5 STAR Bike Shop in Castro Valley! Unfortunately, there is a quirk with Yelp, that when you move location, you have to start all over with them again. Our old reviews don’t post here and you have to you use the «old business location link» to see them. So, until we get some new reviews, that’s where you have to go to see them. But we are the same great shop as before and now, even better!

We at Endless Cycles might sell premium mountain and road bikes as well as all the latest and greatest in parts and accessories AND offer quality repairs from department store bikes all the way to the highest end two wheeled human powered machines available, but it’s our unparalleled customer service that we are most proud of and it is thee cornerstone of our business!

History

Established in 2010.

Endless Cycles opened in November of 2010 in east Castro Valley. The origin story goes like this: Both owners, Jeff & Scott had worked in other bike shops and, as well, were customers of all of the local bike shops in the east bay area. But all of those businesses left them wanting when it came to customer service. Not a single one of these other shops ever seemed to be welcoming to EVERY type of cyclist. Not even the owner of the shop they worked for at that time was concerned about their customers. Jeff & Scott knew, that if left up to them, they could do far much better. So they quit and opened Endless Cycles. After 5 years at their first location in east Castro Valley, their growth led them to move downtown to their current location at 20 825 Nunes Ave in Castro Valley. They set out to make this new Endless Cycles not only the nicest bike shop in CV, they wanted it to be the best shop they’d ever been in themselves. If you’ve ever stopped in, you’d know they’ve succeeded!

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff M. and Scott E.

Business Owner

Co-​owner, Jeff Moore, is a Certified Bicycle Mechanic and a 2004 graduate of the United Bicycle Institute Inc for Bicycle Mechanics and Shop Owners in Ashland, Oregon. He has been working in the industry for last eleven years. He recently left his role as the manager of a large bike shop in Hayward, CA to co-​found Endless Cycles. Over the past 8 years, Jeff has logged over 10,000 miles just riding to work!

Co-​owner, Scott Edwards is an avid cyclist with over 30 years experience in the bicycle shop retail industry. He has thirteen years of full-​time service department and management experience from operating a shop in Southern California. Scott has organized club rides, recreational events, races, provided team technical support, while continuing to work part-​time in the cycling retail environment since leaving his full time role in the industry.
