Ed really went out of his way to help find the right parts for a patio door that was really tricky to fix. He also did a great job on a door glass-​inset repair where he had to match a textured colored glass. Look no further for door and window repair.

Ed has been amazing! He fixed a window in my house that was installed backwards by the previous owner. He did a fantastic job! He was respectful of my time and arrived at the time quoted (which is rare as we all know with installation and repair people). He also called to follow up with me after the first rain post installation to make sure there were no leaks (because it wasn’t a guarantee fix since we were using a botched window).
I will absolutely be giving him a call soon to fix/​install some screens on my other windows (they’re all messed up).
Call him! You won’t regret it.

Ed and Carol repaired the rollers and track on a patio door. They appeared promptly at the appointed time, assessed the problem and completed the repair perfectly. They are a pleasure to work with because they obviously know their craft. Their truck had all of the tools and materials to complete the job in one visit. They were very neat and cleaned the work site so well you could not tell a repair had been done. At the end, they offered advice on maintenance of the door to reduce the need for future repairs.

Ed and Carol have installed mirrored closet doors, glass shower doors and energy efficient windows for me in the past. They are friendly, courteous and professional. Projects are always completed in a timely manner and the craftsmanship is impeccable!

At our 4-​Plex in Oakland, we had a large broken window that needed to be replaced (6’x3’) seated in an aluminum frame. Many businesses didn’t take up the offer since it is a problem of residential vs. commercial service. Then, got a referral to Ed. I was very surprised this business doesn’t have more great written reviews. Everything was done perfectly as one could expect for, communications, the replacement/​job, and pricing. While he is a really busy guy (family company), we set up an easy to schedule timing and went ahead with the process. The final result was much better than I expected and he undoubtedly put in a lot of solid effort and attention into the replacement laminated glass panel. Also, fitting-​wise was spot on. Lastly, he’s a real friendly and a cool guy. If you’re looking for someone to do a great job he’s the one!

Nice mom and pop company that delivery! I am so glad we got a referral to Ed, he was able to replace our glass that was broken in a door that was glued… a difficult job for most but Ed ordered the tempered glass and came a few days letter and with handwork he was able to replace it to looking like it did before. We really appreciate his great craftsmanship and work ethic. Hopefully the kids won’t break another window but now we know who to call!

What a relief to have found this place! Highly recommend Ed. He was professional, quick and efficient. Not to mention his cost for a window replacement was $ 80 less than the other quote I got. If you have broken window at home call this company, you won’t regret it.
