Have been to many bike shops and this shop is great. In the not to distant past, purchased my latest bike here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient.
A couple of weeks ago had to stop back for a minor repair that I could not do myself. Well, they are usually busy and I figured it would be a couple of days, but one of the staff said,“if you are want it done now, I will get to it in a few minutes”. So my bike was fixed immediately… went to the cash register to pay and he said, «this one is on the house, Thanks for stopping by». Wow!
Trek has all sorts of equipment to work out, cold weather apparel, and have regular bike events (group rides) if you are looking for others to bike with.
