This is a little gem of a food specialty store in Castle Rock. They specialize in Olive oils and Balsamic Vinegars plus products made from them as well as specialty salts.
The selection is large and varied in both of their featured products and they offer tastes so you can find your favorite or just the right option for what you’re preparing.
It’s a neat, clean place run by a very nice couple, Aradhana and Scott. Stop by and check them out, worth the stop!
