With Solterra at Home, we are now able to provide a full spectrum of senior service and care options. Solterra at Home remains securely connected with the well-​established roots which have been planted here by the founder of the company with its former name, OHomeCare.

About Us

Solterra at Home (formerly OHomeCare) is a business built from a compassion and concern for the aging by its original founder and a talented and committed team of caregivers. For my father, Jeff Jorgenson and me, we personally became aware of the need for better health care options for seniors when my mother began to face increasing challenges from years of living with Multiple Sclerosis. As a result, our company, Solterra Senior Living, was born.
