Huge health risk! First off theres people lined out the door all ordering the«hot» and«ready» pizza and yet they wait till some one orders one if them to start cooking it. Secondly, you look in the back and the floors are a mess, and they leave the dishes that they make the pizza in on the ground. Worst of all none of the people are wearing gloves, there just using there dirty hands from making the dough to spreading the cheese all over the pizza.

Not happy! It’s 6:50 pm and they’re out of deep dish pizza. I suppose if I go to McDonald’s at supper time they’ll be out of hamburgers… Very frustrating!

This place is so poorly operated that I just can’t believe they stay in business. I mean seriously this place us a frickin hole! Unless you want an hour plus old cheese or pepperoni«Luke — warm & sometimes ready» so called pizza absolutely don’t go here. Seems regardless of the day or time, it’s always the same story. Nothing ready and always«just 10 or 15 minutes» to get a piece of crap. Tonight, I stop by looking to grab one of the new bacon deep dish pizzas that they advertise 10 times an hour on TV. I go in at 515pm. Of course, none are ready. When I asked the girl behind the counter why they aren’t ready between 4&8 like the advertisement says she tells me they don’t do it that way. I point to the big poster behind her with big bold letters that say ready from 4 to 8 p.m. She shrugs her shoulders and tells me that’s not what we do, do you want to wait or not. And to make it even worse. She tells me they’re out of bacon toppings and the best they can do is some bacon on the side and nothing else. So let me get this straight — you’re advertising a new product every hour but you’re not able to make it and you’re not able to meet the demands of making it when you’re supposed to. This place is a total joke, it’s ridiculously run, the employees don’t care and I urge you not to spend your money here and make them go out of business.

I just moved to Castle Rock and this place is literally down the hill. We used to have Little Caesar’s back in KY but they all closed. I love this place and the pizza is very good for take out. We use them all the time and they are always friendly. Kudos to the young folks working there. They are awesome, especially Monica who helped me out in a pinch one night, It was late on a Thursday night but she helped us anyway. Our family got fed. Thanks to you. Good good pizza for $ 5. Pizza quality is horrible… The cheese is rubbery and the dough is bland but I guess you get what you pay for…

We stop by for a quick pizza and it is always hot and fresh. Only wish they sold diet coke. The service is always friendly except for the grumpy ol’ man who always seems to be at the register.
