This review is for a maternity floating massage. Scheduled about a week in advance and the were able to get me in on a Saturday! Asked when scheduling the appointment if the beds were the type that supported my pregnant belly during the massage do I didn’t have to lay on my side. My bad I should of asked if I layer face down during the massage. You don’t you lay on your back.
You arrive and have to go upstairs. Then you’re shown into the changing room, which doesn’t have a lock on the door and is shared with everyone. You’ll place your belonging in a locker and be shown to the relaxation area. Which is very uncomfortable and not relaxing. It’s very bright, with very stiff furniture. Everyone walks through this center room. You’ll be sitting there in your robe with ladies in street clothes waiting in pedicures, while staff walk through.
Kristy did my massage and she was beyond sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible. For the floating maternity massage you lay on your back the entire time on a mini water bed that has been oiled so the masseuse can get her hands between it and your body. This room is also very very bright. Not very relaxing. And you can hear people clomping through the relaxation room during your massage. The floating massage just didn’t do it for me. I really wanted to lay face down. After your massage it’s back to the changing room with no lock. There are showers, but I didn’t use them. After a 20% tip it was $ 114. Kristy’s welcoming and personable personality saved the review from being lower.

Love Aveda Spas and Salons, Copperfalls… not so much. From the moment I walked in the door, it didn’t have an «Aveda» feel. The staff’s «welcomes» seemed forced. The stylist spent 30 minutes with me (shampoo, cut, and blow dry) total, and gave me a fair cut for the time spent. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, and told her that I wanted to cut 2 – 3 inches off my length. She asked me what I thought 2 – 3 inches looked like, and I showed her. I left the salon with a cut that didn’t resemble the picture, and instead of losing 2 – 3 inches, I lost more like 5 – 6. The next morning I was even less happy with my cut, and wore my hair in a ponytail the entire weekend.

So sad to give this place not a great review… I’ve been there for a massage and pedicure and loved it so I wanted to get my hair colored at their salon so I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. I haven’t had my hair colored many times so I was asking a few questions and she kept saying I needed to make an appointment to have a consultation with a stylist to get my questions answered … I explained I’m
A new mom and that it would be hard for me to get a sitter to come in just for a consultation and she wasn’t understanding and still was rude. She told me she would talk to some stylist and call
Me back. I never heard back from the salon. Luckily I found a wonderful stylist (and friendly receptionist) at Nixon and Co in Castle Rock that I will definitely be returning over and over to! Sad that this salon lost what could have been a great client because of a rude receptionist.

I was getting ready for the gym, but constantly was getting distracted by my hair. I just had to write a review. I know, that sounds really silly and stupid. Right? I couldn’t help it. As being one of those girls experiencing one hair trauma after another, I am entirely ecstatic over my appointment on Tuesday. The girl I was originally booked with was not able to do my hair, so they called me right away to schedule me with another stylist. I am already new to the salon, so you can only imagine what was going through my mind at this point. Upon them calling, I did ask to also set up an eyebrow wax which they fit in just before my hair appointment. I showed up about twenty minutes early, but I got right in with Erin for my eyebrows. Little did I know, you also get a complimentary benefit. I chose the neck massage. How awesome, right?! Not only did Erin do an amazing job on my eyebrows, but her talent on my neck encouraged me to look into massage sessions. I was then taken down to Jen for my hair. As I waited in my chair. A very enthusiastic and stylish (might I add) young lady introduced herself. Immediately, I had hope. She sat me down and listened to exactly what I wanted. Guided me in my color options and all. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been more satisfied with my hair appointment results. Everyone in the salon was so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend going to this salon, and even more so. I highly recommend you request Jen. :)

I have been going to Copperfalls for quite a few years now. What I like about Copperfalls is that even when there is staff turnover (in the Spa), the service is always consistent. I feel as though I always receive the same great, attentive, professional service. This is in regards to facials and waxes though. I have never received a manicure/​pedicure there. Also, Jen, in the salon is great. Her prices are VERY reasonable and the cuts are always to my liking.

My wife had an inconceivably bad experience here. When she went for a hair treatment, manicure and pedicure, the woman doing the pedicure berated her loudly — causing other patrons to turn to watch — because she has a couple of toenails affected by the common toenail fungus. My wife was told that she could never come back for a pedicure because her feet are a violation of the health code. She managed to make my wife feel so embarrassed that she came home teary-​eyed.
Listen, I get that there may be health codes in play here, but such an issue can be dealt with tactfully and respectfully. My wife is a beautiful, popular and well-​groomed woman, yet she was made to feel gross and disgusting. Moreover, as a pastor’s wife, she’s used to a fair amount of harsh criticism and has learned to not be too affected by it. For her to be affected this deeply by the way she was treated says a great deal about how bad it actually was.
The manager on duty did say that she was sorry for the way my wife was treated, but did nothing else beyond saying it was a «learning experience» for the employee. Not good enough. Since no other effort was made to make this right, I cannot urge anyone strongly enough to avoid this spa.

Extremely disappointed today in CopperFalls!!! Made an appointment with a live person yesterday for today. Have a hurt back and in major need of a massage. She confirmed date and time multiple times on phone. Arrived today only to be told that my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and not today and there was nothing that could be done to help me today. How difficult is it to manage your schedule and make sure customers are booked on the correct date/​time? Left with a still hurting back… No massage and no answers from anyone at CopperFalls. They wanted to offer me 20% off a future service. Really!!! I think based on a mistake of that magnitude I’m owed more than 20% off. Needless to say… I find them completely unreliable and this certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be recommending this spa to anyone in my circle.

Previous to coming to Copper Falls, I’ve only recieved massages at very high end locations in Las Vegas. As you can imagine I was skeptical of how relaxing and enjoyable a massage here would be. However, I found this place very relaxing, filled with friendly staff who smile, greet you with respect and continuously check on your comfort. My only concern with Copper Falls is I feel I was shorted on the length of my massage. Maybe this is a Colorado thing but I doubt it — I purchased a 90 min stress fix massage and recieved 1hr and ten min massage. The massage was so good however, I made no complaint. I have three criteria for a good manicure: 1) the polish is smooth with no bumps, 2) the nails are shaped consistently and are equal lengths, and 3) the polish isn’t applied over the top of the cuticle.
None of these criteria were met at Copperfalls and the nail tech supposedly had decades of experience. None of my nails were the same shape, there were bumps in the application, and she applied the polish over at least 5 of my nails. I had to refile the nails when I got home and now that they are growing out, the polish is ragged and tearing and the cuticles look terrible.

The salon’s website listed the price of a gel application at 40 dollars, but I was charged $ 50. Include the tip and I paid 60 $ for this manicure. Additionally, the curing machine they use for gel polish is too small for the whole hand to fit in, so they have to cure the four fingers and the thumb separately. They also wanted a lot of personal information (birthday, occupation, email, address) which I found to be rather invasive.
So, I am still on the hunt for a good shellac mani in Castle Rock.

I was really excited to visit this spa and use a gift card I received as a wedding gift. My experience was less than stellar. It appears that this spa is poorly managed and has a lot of turnover and don’t train their staff. With so many great spas in the Denver metro area, I wouldn’t waste my time with this one.
I called to make my appointment for two services and had to repeat what I wanted done three times to the person I spoke with on the phone. I had a feeling that she didn’t know what she was doing, but trusted that it was made. They called to verify my appointment two days prior. Then, an hour before my appointment, I received a call from the spa and they asked me what I was going to have done, because they weren’t sure. I thought this was odd. They then informed me that they didn’t have a technician to perform the services. Disappointed, I rescheduled. They couldn’t do both services at a convenient time within the next month, so I had to settle for scheduling just one. A couple of days before this rescheduled appointment, someone called to confirm. It was a really strange call because it was at least 20 seconds before the person said anything after I said hello and then she was giggling while talking to me to confirm.
It seems like this place is being run by high schoolers. .. no elementary school kids.

I have gotten my roots done here for 3 years, even though I’ve moved further away, I keep coming here. I only go to aveda salons and this is one of the best.

Don’t waste your time. I waited weeks for an appointment. When making the appointment I was told it would take a while before I could get in because I wanted a lot done to my hair.
Well my appointment time arrived and went. The stylist was late and after I sat down and we talked about what I wanted she informed me she didn’t have enough time to do what I wanted.
Needless to say I didn’t get my hair done. Her solution to the problem was to find out who made the mistake when scheduling me. Um, how does that help me to get my hair done? Now I have to find someplace else to go.

Really great haircut, really gear color. The first time I went I was charged 120 $ for both. The last time I was in it was over $ 200!!!Because 1) the stylist charged me incorrectly the first visit. 2) her prices in creased between visits (I was made aware if that at the first visit). And 3) I bought sample shampoos that had to have been 14 $ each. I just can’t afford that and prices are not in front if you.
I loved the stylists’ work. But I couldn’t justify the price to return.

I’ve always had a great experience when I go for a facial/​massage/​spa day.
However, I started to use their hair salon services and my experience has been far from good. I’ve always had a great haircut and styling by the girl I’ve seen, that is, when I get in. The last FOUR times I’ve made an appointment they’ve called the day of to cancel. Either the salon closed early, the stylist had an injury, everyone was sick, or there was a family emergency. It’s quite discouraging and the last time I had them cancel on me, I decided that was the last time I’d attempt to use them. It’s too bad, because I enjoyed the time I actually got in!

I’ve been going to Copperfalls for years. That tells you something. Peaceful, quiet atmosphere, really nice staff, great smells. I’ve had many massages there with many different therapists and it’s always wonderful. There are many services available including a hair salon, facials, a variety of massages, and nail salon. Plan to stay awhile and relax.

Just finished my haircut and color with Emily and oh my goodness! I love it! She rocks and its totally worth the money. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my hair. I will be returning and recommending friends!

I had my hair cut and styled by Emily a few months ago, but wanted to wait until I had worn it a while before writing a review. As time has passed, I still love my hair! I brought in a picture, but let her go with her own design instead and it has paid off. That being said, I have heard great things about almost everyone at this salon. Also, prices are extremely reasonable for the service and product quality you are receiving. I cannot speak for other salon services as I haven’t had any, but I will definitely be returning for my hair.

This is where I regularly have my haircut and I love them. Aveda’s all-​natural products are fantastic and my stylist always gives me a scalp massage with an essential oil before she washes and cuts my hair (I absolutely love her but I dare not say her name as she is already so popular I have to book her weeks in advance … but the owner can probably look up my name in their system and see who I’m talking about). My stylist, and it seems all the stylists, have great attention to detail and my hair always looks fantastic, even when I was growing it out and suffered through the awkward stage. The salon is always exceptionally clean and the price of a haircut is great (depends on the stylist, but average price is $ 35 – 40).
I have had a few treatments at the spa upstairs, including a massage and a facial. Both were excellent, relaxing, and again … I love the products they use. The only drawback is that they are a little pricey. Actually, they are pretty fairly priced for the services compared to other high-​end salons, but with so many deal sites offering half-​priced massages and facials, it’s hard to resist those prices.

Copperfalls is amazing. As I start to climb the stairs I can always feel my stress slowly start to slip away, the higher I get, the farther reality vanishes. Peaking at the top, I am always welcomed with a warm smile. They assist right away in getting you settled in by checking in, getting your shoe size, giving you a locker and robe.
From their, the adventure begins. I love sitting in the quiet room sipping their signature tea waiting for my services. This past visit I was blessed to have a massage, which was so relaxing and so enjoyable, the music in the room was soft, good background noise, not too loud!
After I had the delight of a pedicure, it was so enjoyable, soaking my tired runners feet in hot water with lime. oh I could have sat their ALL DAY. A nice leg and foot massage, and a wild blue colour on my toes, I was set!
My favorite time is after all my pamping, I’m usually in a daze as I sit, tea cup in hand in the quiet room, zoning in and out, they usually give me a chocolate while I relax and prepare to leave.
Upon leaving, checking out is fast and easy. I always hate leaving, but can’t wait to return.
