I’ve liked Baskin Robbins for years but this one is special. The owner obviously cares about hiring friendly people. He also works on weekends. Great leader. The food is typical Baskin Robbins ice cream but this place is clean and organized… go here!

Yummmm «Moms making cookies» is wonderful. So is «icing on the cake.» Staff is always friendly and do an amazing job. Whenever I’ve gone in, it’s always been very clean, has an amazing smell that draws you to sample any flavors of their wonderful ice cream and a smiling staff. Great product with great service is five stars for me.

The ice cream is fine, but they have serious staffing issues here. The two teen girls working here on a Friday night could barely scoop the ice cream. They gave one customer half a cone because they said that was all they could get out of the full container. My 3-scoop sundae came out with only 2 scoops, and at one point one of the girls stopped helping customers as she took a step back to take a long drink of something at the end of the counter while more than a dozen customers looked on.

Always friendly, always high-quality. Kids get something fancy and I’m glad they usually have something simple(and cheap) for me. Cakes are good too — worth the premium over the grocery store for that special occasion.

Just got a two scoop sunday and the owner blatantly lied about the price and then over charged me. When I asked him about it he said I must have misunderstood you and sorry tough luck. Nice right? Beware of money hungry ice cream man who lies to save face. Sad.

Parking lot is small but there is always space. This is just like any regular BR. Baskin Robbins is such a childhood staple for me that it’s hard to talk bad about it…

Prayers have been answered — Baskin Robbins is in Castle Rock! (Okay, so it’s been there for a few months now, but I bet some folks don’t know it yet. ;)). It’s in the King Soopers shopping center at I-25& Founders. Did you grow up visiting a 31 Flavors and indulging in Gold Medal Ribbon, Cookies & Cream, Rainbow Sherbet, and Bubble Gum? Well now you can again; and heck, bring your kids this time — they’ll thank you for it. This place is clean, with friendly employees, and what else? Oh yeah, the ice cream is every bit as good as you remember from your childhood.
