Bark N Clips

I took my long haired dachshund in for a groom today and the experience was fantastic. Victoria was great to work with and Bailey looked great when she was done. They got all the tangles out of her long hair and the price was very reasonable and they were fast. I will definitely be back!

I wouldn’t trust my pups to anyone else! Bark N Clips is the best at pampering my Papi-​Poo Pickles, and defurminating my fluffy mixed breed Bonnie! Victoria is always so friendly and nice, and my dogs come back gorgeous, silky soft, and smelly perfect. We like to change up the looks of my Papi-​Poo, and I just love the different looks Victoria gives her! We recommend all our friends!

Can’t say I will bring my dog back here. I brought her for a bath a few weeks ago on very short notice. They were nice to take her. I scheduled a grooming appointment a week later. When I pulled up my dog acted hesitant to go in. When we got in she kept pulling to come back to me. My instinct told me to take her and leave. Our dog is friendly and happy all the time. We have never seen her afraid to go any where. Unfortunately I left her thinking maybe the dryers were scaring her. While I was paying I saw the owner hit a dog on the top of the dogs head. After we got our dog home she was acting scared and jumpy. She would cower if we tried to pet her.
She also kept licking her paws and we noticed a very sticky substance and bark all stuck into her paws. We had to take her to our vet to get it all off of her paws.

Took my dog here today for first time and Faith did a really nice job. She talked to me extensively at the time of drop off to make sure she understood the kind of cut we wanted. At pick-​up she explained that she had to cut a bit shorter than we discussed because my dog had some pretty bad mats (my fault). She was very loving toward my dog and I was very pleased with how she groomed her.

Dishonest and poor service!
I met the owner at a community event and was provided with some coupons. We had been happy with our current grooming salon but thought we’d give Bark n’ Clips a try since they were closer to us and I had initially had a good feeling about it. The location is in a bad spot, parking is difficult and unless you had been there before you wouldn’t even notice it.
When I picked my dogs up I had brought the coupons that the owner had provided me at the community event and I had mentioned to the groomer when I dropped them off that I had them. She simply asked that I bring the coupons with me when I pick them up. That is when I was told that I could only use one of the coupons and the price I was quoted by the owner was different than what I was being charged. The only thing the groomer kept telling me is that she spoke to the owner and that is what she was told to do. I expressed my concerns at that time about the coupons and the quoted prices with major disappointment. The groomer let me know that she would provide feedback to the owner. I was called later that day and was told that the owner had agreed to give me $ 10 off my next visit. Well, there will not be a next visit because I don’t support businesses that are dishonest and mislead their customers just to get them back in the door.
The grooming was poor as my Bassett Hound had something stuck to his fur on his underside. My wife and I noticed it the day before we took them in and instead of cutting it off of him we would let the groomer take care of it, well that certainly didn’t happen. It is really quite disappointing as I can see other reviews raving about the service. I can’t see how there could be such a large swing in service and quality of work. Maybe if the owner was present things would have been different. If you try this place out make sure you are provided with pricing and present coupons to the groomer so there are no surprises during pick up.

We took our dogs here for the first time after trying a couple other places, and we have found our new groomers!!! Victoria was amazing and the dogs look great! Definitely will be recommending them to friends.

Look no further for a fabulous groomer! Just returned from picking up my dogs. They both look better and seem happier than ever. One was matted terribly and I didn’t think there was any possibility he could look cute but they managed to achieve the impossible and he looked adorable!

I am so glad a friend recommended this place! I took my Cockapoo there to be groomed today, and he has never looked better. I didn’t pay any more than I usually do at Petsmart, which is always hit or miss with their grooming services. And my dog wasn’t nervous and upset (like he usually is after grooming) when we picked him up, so he must have been treated well. Victoria, the owner and groomer, did exactly what I asked her to, and we will definitely be going back!

Have 3 German Shepards done here and they always come out great!
One is older and can’t stand long but they still manage to trim her up and do her nails.
We’ll be back!
