This review is overdue but I feel that I have to give credits to Mike who has given us excellent services.
I found this company a few months ago through another web service (for my client’s properties in Orlando area, FL) and he sent us a quote based on the descriptions that we gave him (tree trimming). He honored his initial quote even though the job actually was a bit more involved, which we really appreciated. Since then, we have used his services four different times already
He is always prompt with his responses and appointment times. He and his crew have always been polite and performed the trimming + debris clean-​up with care.
Thank you for keeping up your services well, Mike. We definitely will call you again for our future trees and bushes maintenance.

When M&G was trimming a neighbors trees, I asked if someone could stop by for an estimate and they said they would when they were finished. Several hours later, I went out to check. They had left without stopping by.
Willing to give them another chance, I left a request on their website, asking them to schedule a time for an estimate. 72 hours later — no response.
Third strike was never being able to reach them on the phone… and again, no response after leaving a voice mail.
