History

Established in 1981.

The firm of Korshak & Associates, P.A., was begun in 1981 as the law offices of Korshak & Beaulieu in Chicago, Illinois. In 1985, the firm opened an Orlando office. In 2002, the firm became Korshak & Associates, P.A.

In addition to the practice of law, Stephen Korshak started Keller Williams Realty in Orlando. He grew that company into the third largest Keller Williams franchise in the United States with eight offices and over 700 real estate agents.

Mr. Korshak is also a successful real estate developer having developed a Publix-​anchored shopping center, townhome and condominium developments, a time share company, a title insurance company, and a publishing company. Mr. Korshak was an instructor at Chicago City colleges for several years for the real estate licensing exam. He is the author of several books on American illustration artists.

Business Owner

Stephen D. Korshak received his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1974 and is a 1980 graduate of John Marshall Law School. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1985 and the Illinois State Bar since 1981. Mr. Korshak is also licensed to practice in federal court. Mr. Korshak was a real estate instructor for the City Colleges of Chicago, Wright Campus, teaching real estate salesman and broker courses for the years 1984 – 1988. He is a former member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and a current member of the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations.
