Star Colorado offers a safe and unique holistic rehab program for the relief from alcohol and drug addiction. Located in a remote area of the Colorado Rockies, our setting is beautiful, unique and inspirational.

History

Established in 2013.

Bob Holmes, Chief Executive Officer of Star Colorado, has 30 years’ experience as an educator, teacher, CFO and CEO in public and private schools in the US and abroad. Dr. Holmes founded Homeward Pikes Peak in 2002, an agency charged with coordinating homeless services in the Pikes Peak Region of Southern Colorado. HPP grew to five discrete, but related, programs under his leadership over an eleven year period. Several programs won state-​wide awards for excellence. Much of his work with the homeless involved interactions with substance abusers and the mentally ill. From this base, he founded Star Colorado in 2013 as a family-​type, small group program in the Rocky Mountains. Here one can find a holistic individualized healing program to address all facets of addiction, including trauma-​based treatment, yoga, nutrition and personal fitness.
