Bridge of the Gods Motel & Rv Park

Love this motel. Stayed here June 13^th thru the 16^th 2016 and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I love about this place is its privately owned and sometimes you see quite a few of the owners family pitching in to help. Rooms are very clean and well stocked. I will recommend this motel to all my friends and family.

Wonderful people! Great accommodations. They allow dogs at a price. My mom and I were traveling through and we got a little cabin, bought local fish from across the street, cooked an excellent dinner in the kitchenette, and slept well in the very comfortable beds. Great coffee across the street in the AM. Good people, good prices, cute place.

My family and I stayed at this cozy little motel and quite enjoyed it.
It is a privately owned motel in a small town on the Columbia River. Keep that in mind and you will get exactly what you are looking for. We needed two rooms for my wife, myself, our two kids and my father-​in-​law. We got two rooms separated by a bathroom and closet at the top of the stairs over the office. The rooms were not huge, but they each had a queen bed, desk and enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was small, and seemed like it was originally part of the large closet, but it was clean, everything worked perfectly and there was enough room for it to be functional. I was not disappointed at all.
The owners were very friendly; always asking if everything was ok. I asked when checkout was and they replied, «10 or 11. we aren’t gonna rush you out of here.» This is a huge improvement from chains that want a fee if you’re running late.
The price was great!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Needed a room last minute, should of kept driving. My coworkers and my room both smelled of cleaning solution horribly. Beds were not comfortable. She didn’t let us know where to drop that key in the morning. Really nothing good about this room, just keep driving.

This is a grab your cash place — a used car saleman in his parking lot with attitute same. I wouldnt recommend this place & you can find much better for same price –Best western with pool & security

Very nice and cozy. We stayed in one of the cabins which was nice and very up to date. Had a small fridge, 2 burner stove, coffee pot, tv in front room area and another one in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. The jacuzzi tub worked well. Check out was a little earlier then what I would have liked but was still enjoyable.

We stayed in the RV park and would’ve stayed elsewhere had we known it was a run-​down park for construction workers and the like. There was hardly any room for the slide-​out and opening the camper door, nowhere for pets to do their business and nowhere to park, plus it was difficult to park the camper on a hill. The front desk lady, even through her thick Spanish accent, was very kind and helpful. The price wasn’t bad for a full hookup for $ 33.
So aside from the nice lady, I probably would rather stay someplace more scenic and roomy next time.

This motel was incredible. We stayed in a room with 3 beds. Actually that description doesn’t do it justice. Each memory foam bed was in it’s own room and each room had its own tv. On top of that there was a common room with a comfortable futon couch, small dining room table, kitchenette area, bathroom. The place was extremely clean and even had its own little outside deck/​porch with lawn furniture. Owner was extremely funny, kind, and helpful and even offered me some wine or beer. This is definitely a small family operation and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely go out of my way to be able to hit up this little place again.

Made a quick decision to stop and find out what they had available. I am not a great fan on franchised places. I like character. This place had plenty. The office is very cramped. A small table with computer access. and a wall full of movies to select for viewing in your room/​cabin. We got the last cabin available and settled into a newly remodeled place with very nice amenities. The owner was very nice and was anxious to make sure we were comfortable. He made us feel like old friends stopping in for a visit. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had a nice little porch to sit out on and enjoy the evening air. Motel was walking distance to a local restaurant and grocery store. The cabin had a kitchen so we were able to make breakfast in the morning instead of going out to a restaurant. I would go out of my way to go back there.

This review is for the motel, not the cabins or RV park. We stayed in one of the rooms with two beds, and it was tiny. No matter. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in a motel, and I’ve racked up a LOT of motel and hotel stays. There was a working fridge and microwave and a clean bathroom. There were a couple of chairs on the «porch» in front of our room that looked out over the Columbia River. Ahhh… THAT made this stay completely worth it.
The owners are very sweet. They gave us an extra hour on checkout time (I’m on vacation… I don’t want to wake up early) and free popcorn for the microwave. They also gave us great reviews of local restaurants… we knew just what to avoid! I appreciate that much more than just telling us what was close. They also have the sweetest dog. It was quiet and beautiful, and we’ll definitely go back.
The only points off are for the Wi-​Fi, which really just didn’t work, and for a few of the people who seem to be there long term and treat it like a giant ol’ ashtray. Ew.

Very convenient, low-​key, clean, pleasant. A good value. Staff very helpful
and friendly.
Our stay is in one of cabins in the RV park area. The cabins appear brand
new, the bed is just right firm, bathroom has jet tub, and kitchen as every–
thing but adequate air flow for cooking. While the kitchen does not include
an oven, the stove top and micro-​wave are more than adequate for our light
food preparation.
Our cabin has a separate bedroom with a television, in the middle is the
kitchen and bathroom. In the front is a futon which our son said was good.
In addition the front room had a large flat bottom TV high in the corner.
We chose this place because they accepted dog (s). Our pooch has had
no complaints either.
Nits:
1) missing remote control
2) marginal internet
3) bad airflow for the kitchen (don’t burn the toast).

Great little place, they were polite and offer a lot of little amenities. Great last minute deal! I put $$ just because I think if you put 1 people will think less of this place. It was reasonably priced!
