As good as it gets! Stopped by there during the Home Show at the Outlets in Casa Grande. The guy at the truck was very friendly and got me a sample of the brisket. He explained some of the process, but honestly I was too overwhelmed with the great scents coming from the truck to absorb it all. I ended up ordering the brisket sandwich with the slaw and he threw in a couple of cowboy crackers as a sample. All 3 were so delicious I ate until I didn’t have any more room to put it. The price was reasonable (cheap really, for the quality of the food) and there was so much food on my plate that I could not finish it in one sitting. If I had one very very very very minor criticism it would be that the lemonade I ordered seemed like it was made with unfiltered tap water and had that peculiar aftertaste that Casa Grande water tends to have. I will not only stop there again, I will be actively hunting them down.
PS. Has to be the most tender, best flavored brisket I have ever eaten in my life!
