The staff never did any refills and I had to go to the doctor everytime to get written script. Referrals are super slow and in some cases totally neglected. The doctor has a tendency to prescribe expensive drugs advertised on tv and I am on Social Security and disability and can never afford them. I was having a severe drug reaction, in extreme pain, and the new drug was too expensive, and the nursed refused to go to the doctor and explained I will take the drug and like it. I was totally treated as a none person. I had several more days of extreme pain, had a PTSD episode out of the deal, and when I «finally»
got the doctor to issue a new drug, the pharmacist called the office to see what the hold up was and he was told «Can’t this wait a few more days.» And I am in pain. He finally convinced her to the fax the prescription over, and it came within a minute, meaning paper work was complete, but she just didn’t want to send it. The drug the doctor wanted me to take for $ 152 month has an over the top bladder cancer rate, and I have a bladder condition, probably Agent Orange, and is severe, and the nurse refused to have me explain the details to her. No way to treat a Vet. The staff would fit in nicely in the VA Medical where rudeness and lack of concern is common place.

I like Dr. Fosdick, however; his staff is not good. I requested a refill about 5 weeks ago and called 6 times but never heard a thing. That sux.
