This my default shop for last 5+ years. Negatives up front: the shop looks chaotic, and getting repair completion time is a guess science. However, this is more than offset by the positives: on many occasions, I was told that I either don’t need to fix anything, only pay a token amount, or pay less then half of what a chain shop wanted to charge, both small and major repairs. I always leave feeling that I fixed what needed to be fixed. This is an independent car shop in the best sense.
Hints: shop does not accept credit cards, leaving car overnight seems to work best.

We’ve taken our daughter’s 2005 Focus here twice over the past year for some miscellaneous wear and tear repairs. They’ve done a great job and are very reasonable. It’s a busy shop, but they’ve always been able to fit us on.

I highly recommend this shop. The repairs I have had there have been very good. In addition they are much less expensive than other area shops, and less than half of what the dealer charges. They are very honest, and have saved me thousands.

I have taken all of my cars to Perfect Auto over the last two years. Sometimes they get very busy and repairs take a little longer, but the service is always excellent. I find that most of his repairs cost half as much as other places. The repairs have always been first rate. They had one repair that I thought was going to cost thousands and discovered a loose line to the transmission and fixed it for 50 bucks.
I highly recommend this place!
