I don’t know what experiences other people have had with them, but my experience was great. Called around to several towing companies in the area and they gave me the best price for the 14 mile tow. The driver picked up my vehicle from the dealership (after they tried to seriously soak me for brake work, but that’s another review) and dropped it off to my house right within the time line they said they could do.
When the driver dropped the vehicle I told him what was happening and he spent 20 minutes and basically talked me through the process of replacing the brake calipers, pads, bleeding the brake lines, etc. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
