My wife and I worked with Debbie and her team over the course of three years. We had to relocate out of the area and were looking to rent out our property in Cary. Debbie came highly recommended to us and online reviews confirmed what we heard.
From the beginning Debbie took a consultative approach to our situation. Her thorough understanding of the rental market as well as the interplay between that market and the sales market allowed us to price and receive market rental rates for our property. Most importantly, she and her team were able to find qualified tenants in very short order. Finally, Debbie and her team made management of our rental worry-​free. My wife and I were looking for apartments for a long-​distance move from NJ to NC. Debbie her team at Henry Property Management made the process easy. They were able to answer all our questions and accommodate an appointment on short notice for me to apply for a unit and get approved, fly down and view the property, and sign the lease and put down my deposit, all within one day. They were able to answer all our questions about our move and accommodate our specific schedule. They made working with the owner seamless and made us feel like they cared almost as much about finding us a home as my wife and I did. We are excited to move into our new apartment. I highly recommend Henry Property Management to anyone looking for a great rental experience in the Triangle area.

I can not say enough about Henry Property Management. From the first time I met Susan and she took me around and made me feel welcome as a recent transplant from NY she and the rest of the staff answered and question I had timely and was very respectful throughout my time with them. I felt that I could call any time and any concern was quickly addressed. They certainly helped my transition run smooth and were a great representation of what all property management companies should strive for!

We have been renting from Henry Properties for 4 years now and have nothing but positive interactions with them. I find them to be proactive, they provided us with more information in the lease process then I have seen in 15 years and many moves with being in the military they are by far the best. They provided us with reminders when inclement or cold weather approaches, emergency numbers and contacts should issues arise. Any issues with maintenance or repairs is dealt with correctly the first time and in a professional manner.

If your a property owner or landlord of investment property, run away while you still can. One of the worst we have ever come across. They claimed they did a walk through after a tenant left and all was good. We walked in to a property that stunned us and cost several thousand to repair. We don’t think they ever leave their seat except to cash the rent check and take there commission.
