I love Hands on Health! Michele is awesome. She really takes the time to talk to you and figure out what is going on with your body. She has such a great understanding of the body and anatomy and it really shows in her work. Reasonably priced too!

I have been going to hands on health and have found the staff to be attentive and friendly. I appreciate the reminder calls and the text reminders. The new office is relaxing and inviting. The best part of course is the Massage. My plantar fasciitis has been getting the best of me till I started seeing Michelle, I now feel its under control I am more relaxed and able to go about my day without the pain I had that was slowing me down. There are no words I can use to say thank you, out side of I will see you again soon!

Dawn Hege is phenomenal. I am so glad I found Dawn. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and this year I’ve been plagued with multiple injuries that foam rolling, PT and chiropractic can’t seem to improve. After three 90 minute sessions I am on the road to recovery. I had improvements after the first session, more improvement after the second and today was the third. Dawn has incredible knowledge of the body, biomechanics and musculature. She knows what’s she’s doing! I highly recommend Dawn Hege!

Carolyn is a lifesaver! I’ve been struggling with back pain since being injured in a car accident about 7 months ago. I’ve been getting physical therapy and have also tried massage and acupuncture to treat the pain, but lately the pain has been terrible. On a recent trip to the Raleigh area, I just couldn’t take it anymore. I called to make an appointment, and was pleased to hear that the therapist, Carolyn, had a background in medical massage, sports massage and deep tissue. I went for my appointment, and she worked magic on my back! I haven’t felt this good and pain-​free in weeks, maybe months. I’ve had massages at various places in NYC and Thailand, but I’ve never had such a deep, therapeutic massage that left me feeling so good. I’ll definitely be back!

Jessica Silverman is an extremely gifted massage therapist. I expect a lot from a massage, being a hairstylist. I am on my feet, using my arms and shoulders constantly 40 hours a week, so I really require someone who knows their stuff and has strong hands to get in there and work out the kinks. Jessica does just that. When I leave a session with her, I feel like a new person, and most importantly, I feel that I have gotten what I paid for. I highly recommend Hands on Health and Jessica Silverman. Her expertise and customer service go above and beyond.
