I needed to replace all of the old carpet on my 2nd and 3rd floors. I want to express my appreciation to Melissa at Contract Carpets for making the process so easy. She did not pressure me to make a decision quickly but was always available with suggestions and advice.
The price of the carpet, pad and installation were much less than all my other quotes. Melissa’s team of installers were hard-​working, respectful of my property and did quality work.
I highly recommend Contract Carpet Outlet and Melissa.

I recently moved from Miami and needed a new carpet in one of the rooms of the house I just bought. My challenge was that I needed it done within 2 days since my furniture was coming. I went to their showroom in Fuquay and I got an INCREDIBLE deal on a new carpet including Installation. Grace was super friendly and super easy to work with. She sent Luis to install the carpet THE VERY SAME EVENING! Luis did a great job too! They saved me more than 50% from what everyone else was quoting me. Whenever I need my carpet replaced, I know EXACTLY where to go. Thank you guys!!!
