Great product and customer service transaction. Answered all my questions & concerns. Supplied a perfect auto computer product. Worked perfectly in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee — and saved me more than $ 500 on the dealer OEM cost for part. Dealer wanted $ 850 for computer and Computer Exchange was $ 300. Would highly recommend if you want to get a highly functional product and save substantial money. Phil

If you need an ECM or a PCM this is the ONLY place you need to visit. Their prices are unbelievable as is their customer service. From order to core return this is the best, easiest and more importantly cheapest way to go. Five plus stars!!!

The computer worked when received, but instead of the 3 days promised it took over 10 days to be received. It was not a plug and play as promised. I had=d to spend an hour on Youtube to figure out that I had to program my keys and alarm again to the new computer and that took another hour to do.
All in all it was 10% of what the shop wanted to charge, but they could have had it done in a day.
they were in great contact during my order, but were hard to get an answer on why it was not delivered on Monday as it should have been, instead delivered the following week.
computer did fix my problem.

Though I appreciate you attempting to contact me, i think the explanation of not realizing you should pay attention to reviews is funny at best, and another example of the type of company you run. If you are interested in hearing about my experience, read the review. In fact, read just about any review of your company. Pretending to be unaware is hilarious and insulting to everyone that has ever written about your company. You’ve already proven your customers (including me) are gullible and less than careful with their money. Each of us was stupid enough not to read about your company prior to engaging with you. Attempting to follow up with feigned ignorance of your own practices is over the top. You deserve respect for sticking with your lack of morals and ethics in the face of overwhelming odds against your success. If you’re serious about trying to change your company and reputation (though you did not state that as your purpose), access my information from my order and follow up calls in the file, and send me a full refund.

If I could give this place a — star I would they sent us a ecm that would not work at all and tryed to BLAM me for the problem yet I have been a mechanic for most my life and know 200% this was not my falt!
They only refunded half are money after they could not supply a working ecm at all place is a joke to deal with!
They act like children and hang up on u when u prove them wrong and don’t agree with them ripping u off!

Had to call my bank to get a refund because I just kept getting «transferred» in the office. This place is a scam stay far away!

Anna just hung up on me ! I purchased one that lasted eleven months for my PT Cruiser. The second one from these guys lasted about the same length of time. Find a company that gives a lifetime warranty. These guys cost me $ 300.00 and Im still without a working ECM.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! We ordered a pcm. The product did not work at all!!! Had to tow the car to the dealership and it could not be programmed. We sent the product back within the 2 week time frame and only got a small portion of money back for a pcm that never worked!!! Paid $ 320 only got refunded $ 160 for nothing! They hung up on us and did nothing!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Ordered 2 separate units within a few weeks for 2 separate jobs based on a recommendation from a friend. One for a Jeep, one for a Dodge pickup. Both units did not work. In fact the 2^nd unit (Jeep) was painted and looked like they probably went through the circuit board but the exposed terminals were all corroded. We went ahead and tried it because we were desperate but it had more issues than the computer we took out. They were good about refunding the full amount on the first one (Dodge) but the second unit they refunded $ 100 less than I paid– citing programming/​shipping/​etc. I waited probably a month for that refund (after calling 3 – 4 times) and called to confront them on the $ 100 difference once I saw the amount. They said that is their «return policy». That’s it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and said it’s not a «return» it is a defect that cost me a customer and a lot of money. They did not seem to care. The customer service rep said she’d have Brian call me back and that he’d be in that afternoon. So far no call back. These people do not seem to care about what is right and wrong. Plus they are batting 0 for 2 on their product actually working. Will not be using them again in the future. SO FRUSTRATED with them.

i contacted CCE again Monday, they said they would call me back soon with information. True to their word, they did in fact call me back… to blatantly lie and claim I never returned my core. I returned TWO cores to them. This is part of the scam. Please, please,…trust me… do not do business with these people. I’m out $ 400.00, not to mention the nearly $ 400 in rental car fees while trying to work with them. Add the additional cost of the factory ECM (which completely cured my issues), and I’m out $ 1800 (more accurate calculation than previous) because I tried to save some money and didn’t do enough research on the company I trusted. My fault.

Do not order a PCM from this company — go with a local shop or dealer. We waited over a week to get the unit. 3 mechanics (including one at the dealership) said the unit was bad. It took an additional 2 weeks for the car to get fixed — with a PCM from the dealership — and we paid WAY more in labor than if we had just gone with someone local to begin with. This company charged us $ 100 to return the unit — (for a «flash fee» and a restock fee.) They may be good at other things — but — AVOID ordering a PCM online from them. Horrible experience.
