SOOOOOOO bad! These people will not help you at all! They do not think that they owe you any bit of help or support when you have an issue. It is true that they will blame problems with property on the tenant. When my water heater went out in 30 degree weather, the lady told me that its not a big deal because I can just heat up my water on the stove. ARE THEY SERIOUS? Please do not use this company to manage your property and do not rent through these people! Terrible!

The bottom of the barrel when it comes to properly management for landlords. If your looking for a PM and you care about your properties, DO NOT go to Cameron Property Management. We had nightmare experience and considered yourself warned!

The worst Property Management team ever! See why, I’ve made a list.
1. Their hours are very limited 9 – 4 M-​F. No weekend hours. Makes it hard to get in touch with them or go to the office and talk to them, which is a requirement if you want to get something done.
2. Does not respond promptly to work orders.
3. Does not inform you when someone from their company is entering the house. No respect for personal privacy. Come and go as they please.
4. Does not cash checks within a reasonable amount of time.
5. Loses checks (and then blames it on the tenant).
6. Argues with the tenant (over everything).
7. Charges late fees when they make the mistakes.
Lease isn’t over yet, I’ll let you know if there are any problems during move out to add to the list.
