The biscuits were so good today. I don’t think that I have ever eaten a better biscuit. Before leaving I bought a dozen biscuits to take home to go with dinner later that day. When my daughter and son in law came overfor dinner, he started eating the biscuits before anything else was ready. He ate 3 plain, cold biscuits before dinner. That’s how good they were.

This Bojangles seems pretty consistent with cranking out my usual favorites when I want to indulge. I enjoy the ham biscuits and the pecan cinnamon twists. I recently tried the bo rounds for the first time and I think they are good. Service is always quick and the food is normally hot. It can be quite a chore getting out of this establishment during peak hours if making a left turn onto Chatham. just take precaution.

Hey let me say this first I LOVEMESOMEBOJANGLES!!! But this location as far as customer service goes is HORRIBLE and I can’t speak for everyone that works there but, for the lady at the window Wednesday November 4th2015 I can honestly say I have never seen anyone as rude as her! My hubby placed our order and at the same time I called with an emergency about our children, he drove off and forgot the food(this was after being told there was a 5 minute wait) I know it’s on him that he drove off without the food but, when I called to make sure they knew we were coming back to get it I was answered by the same woman that was working the window(she even said so herself) then proceeded to tell me that she threw our food away already and I as politely as I could said will it be a problem for us to come back up and get our food? Just wanting to resolve the issue and she freaked out and said I just don’t understand what you’re asking me so I repeated myself but in different phrasing still polite and she said yeah come get it and then hung up on me in the middle of me trying to say thank you? Why work with people if you have no manners what so ever… And that’s not all I havent went in to get my food yet so I can only imagine how I will be treated! I am hoping all changes and I will edit my review if so.

How hard is it to politely take an order, read the receipt and pack a box properly. 2 sauces do not equal 4. Every time.

I truly hate this bojangles. They are so rude!!! Except one woman who was cleaning. The rest is just plain rude including the managers. If I ask for fresh food that’s what I want no question asked. Get the fresh tenders the biscuit and mash are cold. I want be coming back!

This is not a bad location but the customer service is mediocre. I hate to complain about my order but every time I have to, I feel that I’m always given an unnecessary excuse. I just want my order corrected. I’m sure they get a lot of customers trying to get free food, but don’t take it out on the rest of us.

I have been to this location 3 or 4 times. Until last night my chicken was always good with a little kick. 3.5 stars I would say because it is a chain fast food restraunt. But last night was horrible. We ordered a tail gate offer with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, biscuits, and tea. The chicken looked undercooked, and tasted as if it was cooked in old oil. No spice or orange color I am use to. We didn’t realize this until we got home otherwise I would of asked for a new batch. The mashed potatoes were kinda bland but the sausage gravy is good. Mac cheese is okay and the biscuits were okay.

I always have mixed feelings writing reviews about chain restaurants. They’re supposed to be relatively uniform by design, but I can still comment on this particular Bojangles location compared to others in the Triangle. That said, this is definitely one of the better locations that I’ve been to. The ordering process is quick, and the employees have always seemed friendly and efficient. The tables are cleaned up pretty quickly as well, and I’ve never had trouble getting a table even during the busy lunch hour due to the quick turnover. This makes it a great lunch spot if you work nearby and have limited time for lunch. Another benefit of the quick turnover is that the food items are almost always relatively fresh, so you don’t get fries or chicken that has been siting under the heat lamp for an hour. By comparison, this Bojangles location is much better than the Durham location, pretty similar to the one on Western Blvd, and a little worse than the Yadkinville location. I wish the food was a little healthier so I could come here more often, but that’s just the nature of fast Southern food! Excellent location.

I asked the Lady at the cash register what she would suggest me to try since this was my first time, well she did not understand my question so the co-manager Wesley came over(his 3rd day in this restaurant) suggested the Cajun filet sandwich, which I have to say was delicious. He also suggested the sweet tea which was really good, not to sweet just the way I like it. I was very satisfied with the service and the food. Wesley said they were better then Popeyes and I happen to agree, now if we could only get one in California that would be awesome ;-)

What can I say? Fast, fried food! Can be a little greasy at times but not unexpected. The breakfasts of the summer sausage biscuits and the chicken biscuit(with cheese!) is the best option. This particular location is very fast an the service team is extremely courteous. Well recommended for breakfast comfort food.

When it comes to fast-food fried chicken, Bojangles does it better than its closest competition. The chicken, with its crunchy, spicy coating ranks up there on the flavor scale, but the biscuits are only so-so and not quite as good as other fast-food biscuits(like C-F-A). The coleslaw, on the other hand, in all its vinegary goodness is exactly how I prefer it. The dirty rice is an okay alternative, but at times the seasoning is way too much and the rice overcooked. You expect the various levels of hit or miss when it comes to fast-food, though. This is a newer location, without much around, and despite the full parking lot, I’ve never had to wait long or had trouble finding a place to sit. It’s your standard Bojangles, in all things it does, and for fast-food, it’s okay.
