I have been banking at this branch since 2010. This is a review for this specific branch. Not the bank as a whole.
There have been a lot of employee changes over the past five years, but the service has been consistent. Whomever, is the branch manager has always been very helpful. It seems like there is always someone new working and I am having to train them on the job. I understand that people need to start somewhere, but it gets frustrating when I just need a simple transaction and it ends up taking 15 minutes with no one else in line.
I definitely recommend this branch if you use BB&T as I haven’t had as good of an experience with some of the other local branches.
