We have excellent, experienced groomers who give extra tlc to your pet so that they have a good experience (less stressful) and schedule to accommodate the busy schedule of their owners (more convenient). We have been in business in Wake County for TEN years and have five full time groomers on our staff.

I’ve been using Aussie Pet Mobile since 2011. Jaqueline has been our appointed groomer due to our location and we love her! «We» as in me and my two dogs. She’s always professional and friendly. She has a real heart for animals. She takes the time to connect with my boys before taking them to the van. The first 6-​months I stayed in the van during the groomings just to see how things go. My dogs don’t like to stand still, yet I’ve never seen or sensed her getting flustered or stressed. She actually has a great sense of humor which I think helps in that occupation. She’s always gentle, patient and attentive with them. She recently caught a small patch of skin infection on my dog and pointed it out to me so I could treat it. She does a great groom job. My boys come out looking and smelling great.
As for the person who makes the appointments, I read the other reviews and was perplexed. After 4 years of calling, making appointments and receiving reminder calls, I’ve never once dealt with anyone being rude or unprofessional. On the contrary, the lady has always been super friendly and accommodating. I feel bad that the other review writers were so turned off as they may have missed a chance on establishing a great relationship between the groomer and their pets, which is paramount in my opinion.
BTW, I have a Bichon and a Westie. Jacquie has also clips my two cat’s nails as well.

I called to make an appointment and the most rude woman called me back. I called once and was disconnected, I called again and was disconnected.
She called back with a horribly nasty tone asking why I had hung up. I can only imagine how she must treat the dogs and cats that she is grooming. Very disappointed with her attitude as I looked forward to speaking with them.

Called for a simple inquiry of their services and prices. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and impatient. If they think this kind of behavior is acceptable for speaking to potential customers they will not be in business long. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing their services and I encourage other potential customers to look elsewhere.

I have know of their service for over 10 years. If your pet smells they are the the answer. or just needs grooming and you want a pro to do it they are the choice! I do not have a pet beyond fish but I have referred them before and got very positive feedback referring them.

We just moved here from California and are still in a motel. Our poor little pups needed some TLC after the long car trip here, as well as the weeks before our move. I contacted Aussie Pet Mobile because we are completely unfamiliar with Cary and it was just easier for us to have them come to our hotel. Jacqueline was the groomer who groomed our dogs — and they both warmed to her immediately. I do have to say that using any mobile groomer is always more expensive than going to an in-​house groomer, but Aussie provides excellent care and service. My pups even got cute little bandanas when they were done. A very cute touch. I see that another Unilocaler had a bad experience — and certainly, in life, some of us have bad experiences or meals from a place where others have been very pleased. Just know that from MY experience, your pooches get great care from this service. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with this company and groomer. Jaclyn came to my house today to groom my once feral cat. He is not aggressive but very wiggly and not used to grooming at all. I just have had him groomed once in the past and they charged me extra because he gets really jumpy. Jaclyn did not charge me more at all.
She even agreed to let me come in and offer to help hold him. She was very patient and very sweet to my cat who was very wiggly indeed. I really think it helped him for me to be there.
These guys are way more than other groomers but with a cat who does not travel well and sort of has special handling needs this service could not be better. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again to get another great grooming right at home.
I have used Jaclyn several times now and she professes to be more of a dog person and not that into cats but it does not show. She is very sweet to my cat who does not like really anyone except me. She is also very patient when he does not cooperate and never manhandles him which is so nice. I know he’s in great hands with her.

Had Aussie Pet Mobile service come to groom my dog awaiting adoption at Wake county Shelter. My dog Crunch was on stray –hold and I visited him daily except the afternoon he got groomed. When I picked him up at the Shelter-​I noted he was squinting in his left eye. Crunch had to be seen by, emergency vet services and NCState emergency Animal Hospital-​come to find out my dog suffered a eye injury requiring 5 nights at the NCState Vet hospital… I spoke with the owner of Aussie-​Mary Ann and she said it may have happened when grooming Crunch — The eye damage resulted in 50% loss of his cornea and probably permanent scarring. If my actions were not as fast it could have resulted in blindness. If you use this grooming service, I would just monitor your dog especially if the animal starts squinting for eye damage. Too much coincidence that a beautiful dog without eye damage gets groomed and now is receiving ophthalmology care – if he hasn’t already gone through enough!!!
