Sorry for the one star, but I have been trying to call the number listed for this store for three straight days now… at all different times during business hours and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

I had visited them back in 2012 when my smartphone (under contract) died in the first year. Within about 10 minutes I was out with a replacement phone. The replacement had an issue with the volume button. They replaced that immediately to. The replacement looked brand new and works well to this day. Great service at this location.

This location handles all of the equipment melt-​down within AT&T phones. I have been here twice, once in March 2012 and once in February 2014. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with professional, courteous, kind and competent people. Both times my problems were resolved. Both times, store personnel went out of their way to make sure I was happy. And this time, I watched them help a very distraught customer become calm and happy. They gave him such service he literally couldn’t believe he was getting it. Specifically, Janet is amazing, and Deon as well. Do not hesitate to visit this location if you need help with your AT&T products.
